Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package.

 

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours Monday-Thursday. We are closed on Fridays and weekends.

 

Tracking numbers are updated when shipments are picked up at the end of the day. If you have not received an email with a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, feel free to contact us.
 

International Delivery

 

International Delivery time is 1-3 weeks. If you are not home to accept the delivery, your order may be left at your local post office. Express Delivery is by DHL, TNT, TOOL. Delivery time is between 3-5 business days. All shipments will require a signature upon delivery.

ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.

 

If you refuse your shipment or are unable to retrieve your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties or taxes that are incurred, and the cost of the returning the package to FadeFaith. The amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of your order, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
