Returns&Exchanges

Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for a credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

 

If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us instead of requesting a return.

 

Returns:

 

Full price items purchased at FadeFaith are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are eligible for store credit ONLY and must be received by FadeFaith within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded. 

 

All international returns must be posted back to us at the customer's expense. Unfortunately, we are not able to create international return labels at this time.

 

Any refunds totaling $300 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

All Customized clothing will not be offered return & exchange service, please find a professional tailor to measure you and keep fit.

 

Items purchased on sale with any additional discounts are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

 

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

For hygienic reasons, sunglasses, socks, hats, underwear and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned.

 

All products must be returned with packing bag in its original condition with no postage labels attached. A box replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from any returns not meeting these requirements.

 

 Please be aware that due to Measurements size on size table, the finished gown may vary approximately 1-3" in either direction of specified measurements.

 

Exchanges:

 

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact FadeFaith Service Team: service@fadefaith.com. Please note, we cannot place items on hold for exchanges. If we do not have the item requested in stock when we receive your return, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card. 

 

Damages & Incorrect Items:

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.

FadeFaith will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
